Position Title: Brand Manager - Sales & Marketing

Employment Type: Full Time

About the Client:

A well-established UAE automotive distribution group representing international passenger vehicle, motorcycle, off-road and mobility brands across the UAE and GCC headquartered in Dubai

Job Description:

Take full ownership of the brand's sales and marketing strategy, revenue, market share, profitability and overall commercial performance across the UAE.

Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing functions, including Sales Managers and Marketing Managers, ensuring targets, campaigns, product launches and customer-acquisition strategies are aligned.

Manage sales forecasting, pricing, inventory/product planning, competitor positioning, marketing budgets, campaigns and dealer/showroom performance, using market data to drive commercial decisions.

Act as a senior point of contact with the OEM/principal, working directly with the CEO/GM on business plans, product strategy, annual targets, market development and long-term brand growth.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience with a recognized automotive OEM, authorized dealership, or automotive distribution group, with strong GCC experience and current UAE market exposure.

Proven leadership across Automotive Sales and Marketing, ideally managing Sales Managers and Marketing Managers with direct team accountability.

Strong experience managing commercial performance, OEM/principal relationships, sales targets, product launches, pricing, inventory, market expansion, and business development.

Excellent senior-management communication and leadership skills, with Arabic and English proficiency and experience reporting directly to a CEO, GM, Managing Director, or equivalent executive.
