Sanad Education is a Kuwait-based education consultancy founded by graduates who studied at leading universities abroad. We help students pursue higher education in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and New Zealand, guiding them through admissions, placement, and ongoing academic support. We've lived the study abroad journey ourselves, and we're building a team that has too.

About the Role

We're looking for a full-time, on-site Educational Consultant in Kuwait City to guide students and families through every step of their study abroad journey, from choosing the right path to settling in at university.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with students and families to understand their goals and recommend suitable programs, universities, and destinations

• Guide students through application, admission, and placement processes

• Review academic records and help prepare and edit application materials

• Advise on timelines, requirements, and documentation

• Maintain regular communication and provide ongoing support throughout the student's journey

• Collaborate with the internal team and international university partners

• Contribute to workshops, information sessions, and outreach activities

Requirements

• Graduate of a scholarship program (ابتعاث) from a university in the UK, US, Australia, or New Zealand
• Fluent in both Arabic and English

• Excellent communication skills, with a genuine care for students and families

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

• Bachelor's degree required; Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience in international admissions, academic advising, or student services

• Advanced degree
