## Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technology positions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing and screening technical talent across multiple technologies and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.

• Work closely with hiring managers, Account Managers, Business Heads and HR to understand technical requirements and candidate expectations.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, social media and other relevant channels.

• Identify and attract candidates for roles across technologies such as:

• Software Development

• Data Engineering & Analytics

• Cloud & DevOps

• AI/ML & Generative AI

• Cybersecurity

• SAP / Oracle

• Banking & FinTech technologies

• Infrastructure and Enterprise Applications

• Review and evaluate CVs against technical requirements, experience, industry exposure and project relevance.

• Conduct initial technical and competency-based screening to assess candidate suitability.

• Validate key candidate information including notice period, compensation expectations, location, visa status and availability.

• Coordinate technical and managerial interviews and ensure timely candidate follow-up.

• Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process and minimize offer dropouts.

• Prepare and maintain accurate recruitment trackers, ATS records and recruitment reports.

• Ensure all required candidate documentation is collected and completed before onboarding.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates for current and future requirements.

• Support bulk hiring and urgent requirements while maintaining quality and turnaround time.

• Coordinate with internal teams for offer release, background verification, visa processing and onboarding.

• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

• Stay updated on technology trends, talent availability, salary benchmarks and market conditions.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical sourcing and screening skills.

• Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.

• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri/Foundit and other sourcing platforms.

• Excellent candidate engagement and negotiation skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.

• Target-oriented with a focus on quality, TAT and closures.

• Good understanding of UAE/GCC IT recruitment practices is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT or a related discipline.

• 6+ years of experience in technical/IT recruitment, preferably within an IT consulting, staffing, RPO or technology services environment.
