## Description

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Proficient in VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, Conditional Formatting, and Power Query for data analysis, reporting, and automation.

2. General Ledger Management:

• Maintain the general ledger and reconcile accounts at a regular interval of time.

3. Monthly and Yearly closing:

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing Processes.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial tasks.

4. Bank Reconciliations:

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

5. Compliance & Tax Filings:

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.

6. Budget Monitoring:

• Assist in tracking and monitoring budget vs actual performance.

7. Support Audits:

• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing the necessary documentation.

8. Process Improvement:

• Identify Opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

• Implement best practices to enhance financial processes.

9. Team Collaboration:

• Work Closely with other departments to gather financial information.

• Provide guidance and support other team members.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Strong background in general ledger management, month-end closing, and financial reporting.

• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cost control.

• Achievement-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and persuasion skills.

• Creative, resourceful, and pragmatic, with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
