Construction Manager – MEP for EPC Civil Infra Company in UAE

Location: UAE

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary range: Estimated 23K to 26K AED - To be Negotiated

Procer is recruiting on behalf of his client, a major EPC Civil Infrastructure contractor in the UAE, for an experienced Construction Manager – MEP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary MEP site execution.

• Manage engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and manpower.

• Coordinate electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and ELV works.

• Monitor programme, procurement, progress and site activities.

• Manage QA/QC, inspections, testing & commissioning and handover.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

• Ensure HSE and project quality requirements are met.

Requirements

• Minimum 10-15 years overall MEP construction experience in Civil Infrastructure, including at least 5 years in a Construction Manager / MEP Construction Manager role

• Strong contractor-side MEP background.

• UAE/GCC project experience minimum 3 years

• Experience on major construction / infrastructure projects.

Only candidates with relevant UAE/GCC MEP construction management experience will be considered.
