They’re scaling quickly and looking for someone who sits right at the intersection of Technical Recruitment and People Operations. We're looking for someone who has previously recruited technical talent for a technology scaleup - ideally you've hired across software engineering, AI, data, product or similar profiles. Equally, though, we'd love to find someone who is also comfortable getting involved in the internal processes that happen once someone joins the business.
