Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute the purchase order to supplier payment process for defined commodities aligning with organization safety, quality, delivery, and cost measures.

• Lead the reporting and control for one or more of the sourcing team KPIs.

• Engage with internal customers for fulfilment challenges resolution.

• Develop and execute an improvement plan for the assigned commodities through daily management, supplier qualification, and negotiation.

• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

• Maintain relationship with suppliers to ensure business continuity.

• Maintain up-to-date data in ERP.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

• Basic experience in sourcing.

• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.

Desired Characteristics

• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

• Process improvement mindset.

• Microsoft office Excel experience.
