## Description

We’re Hiring | GRC Specialist

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate Co. is looking for a qualified GRC Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will support the organization’s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) framework and contribute to strengthening corporate governance, risk management, compliance, policies, and organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of the organization’s GRC framework.

• Assist in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting organizational risks.

• Maintain and update risk registers and follow up on risk mitigation plans.

• Support the development, review, and implementation of corporate policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

• Monitor compliance with internal policies, applicable regulations, and organizational requirements.

• Conduct compliance and gap assessments and follow up on corrective actions.

• Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective implementation of governance and compliance requirements.

• Support internal audits and follow up on observations and improvement actions.

• Prepare GRC reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Risk Management, Finance, Law, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or Internal Controls.

• Good understanding of corporate governance, risk management, compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Professional certifications in GRC, Risk Management, or Compliance are an advantage.
