## Description

Research & Development Specialist – Eyewear

We’re looking for a Research & Development Specialist – Eyewear to support the development of innovative eyewear products, private-label collections, and celebrity collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis within the eyewear industry.

• Support product development from concept and sampling through costing, production, and launch.

• Research and coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers.

• Track sales, product performance, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.

• Support the development of celebrity eyewear collections.

• Coordinate with Category, Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, and Account Management teams.

• Maintain product development pipelines, samples, supplier communication, and launch timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects are welcome.

• Strong research, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Strong interest in eyewear, fashion, retail, and consumer trends.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

• Kuwait-based or willing to relocate.

• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
