## Description

Responsibilities:

• Align all involved teams in cargo receiving and put a unified plan.

• Maintains a record of all trucks & trailers offloaded in the warehouse.

• Update the Goods Return Note (GRN) serially number in the system on daily basis.

• Report damaged stocks to Operation Manager for Insurance.

• Ensure that Stocks on invoices are delivered accurately and in time.

• Arrange the deliveries of Tyres through owned & hired transport as per business requirement.

• Arrange the available stock by SKU & DOT (Department of Transportation) basis and report to the Head Office.

• Maintains full record of Invoices, together with all relevant delivery documents.

• Maintains full record of POD Invoice & return it back to accounts.

• Report to Operation Manager and BU7 Head Office Team about the working conditions of W/House vehicles & other equipment’s.

• Maintains full attendance records of W/House staff with overtime hours.

• Responsible for the entire warehouse stock, equipment’s and facility on and best possible state of operations.

• Ensure the required labours and drivers availability on the job and report any absence cases to the next Line Manager and seek support to ensure timely deliveries.

• Prepare and update Stock status report in the system.

• Coordinate tasks with Storekeepers/stock Executive, forklifts operators and other workers in the warehouse.

• Manage and ensure to update and guide the team on any system or process updates to help in achieving their individual/department goals.

• Manage & maintain the warehouse & its operations in compliance to company policy & government laws.

Qualification & Experience:

• High School or Diploma in Related Majors.

• 1-3 Year of experience in Related Fields.

• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)

• SAP & BI.
