## Description

🚀 We're Hiring: Product Manager | Advanced Pharmaceutical Factory (APF)

📍 Riyadh, KSA | Marketing Department

APF is looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy and full lifecycle of our portfolio across pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and cosmetics, from SFDA registration through launch and long-term growth.

What you'll do:

🔹 Build multi-year brand plans covering positioning, pricing, and competitive analysis

🔹 Lead product launches and track performance (market share, ROI)

🔹 Create scientific marketing materials such as detailers, visual aids, brochures, and digital tools

🔹 Turn clinical data into strong, evidence-based brand messages

🔹 Build relationships with KOLs and support medical events and conferences

🔹 Train the sales team and work closely with R&D, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain

🔹 Ensure all materials comply with SFDA guidelines

What we're looking for:

✅ Bachelor's in Pharmacy (required); MBA or PharmD preferred

✅ 5+ years in the pharmaceutical sector in KSA, including 2+ years as a Product Manager

✅ Ability to interpret clinical data and understand disease areas

✅ Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management

✅ Strong brand-building and digital/omnichannel marketing skills
