WORK PURPOSE
The Project to Asset Supervisor will support the transition of completed projects into operational asset management.

The role will coordinate project-to-asset handover activities, stakeholder alignment, interfaces and the transfer of project information required for effective operation and management of completed real estate assets.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support transition of completed project assets into operational asset management.

• Coordinate project-to-asset handover activities.

• Monitor readiness of project deliverables required for handover.

• Coordinate between Project, Construction, Facilities Management and Asset Management teams.

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment during project-to-asset transition.

• Manage interfaces between project delivery and operational teams.

• Review project handover documentation for completeness.

• Coordinate asset information and project records.

• Track outstanding handover actions.

• Support resolution of project-to-asset interface issues.

• Ensure completed assets are appropriately documented before transition.

• Review as-built information, O&M documentation, warranties and spare parts information.

• Support asset registration and transfer activities.

• Coordinate asset-related information required for operational planning and maintenance.

• Support project completion and asset handover meetings.

• Monitor handover milestones and outstanding requirements.

• Support compliance with applicable regulatory and contractual obligations.

• Support application of relevant Real Estate HSE and operational standards.

• Prepare handover status reports and updates.

• Perform additional project-to-asset responsibilities as required.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in residential Real Estate Asset Management.

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.

• Experience with project-to-asset handover for at least two projects.

• Experience in stakeholder alignment and interface management.

• Knowledge of local regulatory and contractual obligations.

• Knowledge of local and international Real Estate standards.

• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate HSE requirements.

• Experience working with project, construction, facilities and asset management stakeholders.

LOCATION
Oman – location to be determined according to Company requirements.
