We’re Hiring | Outdoor Sales Executive – Project Acquisition

We are looking for a highly motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our Project Department in Muscat and support the growth of our project portfolio by developing strong client relationships and generating new project opportunities.

Position: Outdoor Sales Executive – Project Acquisition

Location: Muscat, Oman

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new residential and commercial project opportunities, including villas, buildings, hotels, and other developments

• Develop business opportunities for kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, doors, and windows

• Visit contractors, consultants, developers, and potential clients to build strong business relationships

• Arrange and attend meetings with potential clients and project stakeholders

• Coordinate new opportunities with the Project Department and follow up throughout the sales process

• Submit weekly reports covering client visits, meetings, leads, and project opportunities

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in outdoor/project sales

• Previous sales experience in kitchens and wardrobes is required

• Good knowledge of kitchen, wardrobe, and cabinetry products and solutions

• Valid driving license is mandatory

• Good command of English (spoken and written)

• Existing network with contractors, consultants, developers, or interior designers is an advantage

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales and client visits
