WE'RE HIRING: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Residential Fit-Out & Renovation | Fit-out experience required

📍 Dubai | 💼 Full-Time

💰 AED 10,000–15,000 + commission on every project you close

🚗 Company car | 🏥 Medical insurance

The role

You find, develop and close residential fit-out and renovation projects. You build your own pipeline. We do not hand out leads.

You'll target

• Villa and apartment renovations

• Residential fit-out and refurbishment

• Civil and MEP modifications

• Flooring and waterproofing

Residential is the focus. Commercial is welcome.

You'll do

• Generate leads through calls, networking and referrals

• Build relationships with villa owners, agents and consultants

• Arrange site visits and work with our technical team on quotations

• Follow up, negotiate and close

• Keep clients for repeat and referral work

You need

• UAE fit-out or renovation sales experience

• A record of closing deals you sourced yourself

• Valid UAE driving licence

• An existing client or agent network is a strong advantage
