ISOLA Ristorante Italiano brings the warmth and character of Italian dining to Abu Dhabi, combining authentic flavors, relaxed elegance and genuine hospitality in a contemporary setting.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join the opening team at ISOLA. The Demi Chef de Partie will support an assigned kitchen section with preparation, cooking and consistent execution during service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place before service.

• Cook and plate dishes according to approved recipes and standards.

• Support the Chef de Partie in organizing the section.

• Monitor portion control, stock rotation and ingredient freshness.

• Maintain clean and safely operated workstations and equipment.

• Assist with receiving and storing ingredients correctly.

• Follow HACCP, food-safety and sanitation procedures.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 2 years of relevant professional kitchen experience.

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or strong Commis 1.

• Exposure to Italian, Mediterranean or upscale restaurant cuisine is preferred.

• Good cooking technique, organization and attention to detail.

• Ability to work efficiently within a multicultural culinary team.

• Previous UAE or GCC experience is advantageous.
