## Description

QA/QC Manager | Dubai, UAE

A leading Dubai real estate developer is looking for a QA/QC Manager to safeguard build quality across a major portfolio of residential, branded residence and mixed-use projects, from design through to handover.

The role

• Define and enforce the developer's quality standards, specifications and quality management system across all projects

• Review and approve contractors' quality plans, ITPs, method statements and material submittals

• Carry out regular site audits and inspections, and track NCRs and corrective actions through to close-out

• Review design and shop drawings from a buildability and quality perspective, working with the design and project teams

• Oversee mock-ups, testing and commissioning, and witness key inspections

• Lead pre-handover inspections, snagging and defects management to deliver a high-quality customer handover

• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, RERA and other authorities as required

• Report quality performance to senior management with clear data and trends

• Lead and develop a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors

About you

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or a related engineering discipline

• 12+ years' experience in construction QA/QC, with at least 5 years in a management role

• Experience on the developer or client side is strongly preferred, ideally on high-rise, villa communities or luxury and branded residences

• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority requirements, ISO 9001 and international standards

• Lead auditor certification and NEBOSH/IOSH are an advantage

• Confident challenging contractors and consultants, and influencing senior stakeholders

• Strong eye for finishing quality and attention to detail

## Requirements
