About Our Client

Our client is a reputed business advisory company in the UAE

.We are looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel to join their growing team and take responsibility

for the company's day-to-day corporate and commercial legal matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a UAE-experienced, commercially minded lawyer who wants

to work closely with the founder and gain broad exposure to the UAE business environment.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts

• Consultancy agreements, NDAs, service agreements and other business contracts

• Company formation and corporate structuring

• Shareholder and partnership agreements

• Corporate restructuring and related documentation

• Identifying contractual and legal risks

• Advising management on UAE corporate and commercial matters

• Liaising with external legal counsel, free zones and government authorities when required

• Developing and maintaining the company's legal templates and processes

Requirements

• Law degree and relevant legal qualification

• 2–4 years of corporate/commercial legal experience

• Minimum 1 year of professional legal experience in the UAE

• Good practical understanding of UAE corporate and commercial law

• Experience with UAE mainland and/or free-zone companies

• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills

• Excellent English communication and drafting skills

• Fluent Turkish or strong Turkish language skills

• Strong business acumen and commercial mindset

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of matters

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
