Whizz HR is hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer with strong construction and site experience to join a growing team in Ajman.

Job Overview

We are looking for a technically skilled Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in construction projects and electrical installations. The ideal candidate should have practical site experience with 3-phase and single-phase electrical systems, equipment installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute electrical installation works across construction sites.

• Install, connect, test, and commission 3-phase and single-phase electrical systems and equipment.

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics.

• Coordinate with site engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and other trades.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure electrical works are completed as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and resolve technical issues on site.

• Carry out installation and servicing of electrical equipment.

• Ensure all electrical works comply with safety standards, regulations, and project requirements.

• Support project teams in completing electrical works within scheduled timelines.

• Maintain proper documentation of installation, testing, and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of hands-on electrical installation experience, preferably in the construction/MEP industry.

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Trade.

• Strong experience working with 3-phase electrical equipment and systems.

• Construction site experience is mandatory/preferred.

• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical documents.

• Hands-on experience in electrical installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Good knowledge of electrical safety practices and site procedures.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Candidates with construction/MEP experience will be preferred.
