## Description

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure material and drawing availability.

• Monitor production progress and adjust plans to meet delivery targets.

• Identify and resolve planning constraints, bottlenecks, and capacity issues.

• Ensure proper load vs. capacity balancing across machines and production lines.

• Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, plan adherence, and production efficiency.

• Prepare and present production reports to management.

• Work closely with shop floor supervisors to ensure execution as per plan.

• Maintain accurate data in ERP system.

Professional Skills & Competencies:

• Strong planning and analytical skills.

• Good knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.

Experience:

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in production planning (manufacturing environment).

• Experience in electrical panel board manufacturing is highly preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
