## Description

We are looking to hire a Senior Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract) who will be responsible managing end-to-end recruitment across a dedicated hiring stream, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, pipeline tracking, offer management and onboarding support, while delivering multiple mid-to-senior level hires at pace for roles such as data and software engineers, product managers, data and AI architects, and technology transformation leaders for our client based in Dubai- which is one of the largest semi government companies in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 Months (renewable subject to performance)

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery for your stream: intake, sourcing, screening, interview management, offer and onboarding handover

• Act as the central point of coordination for your stream across the group, aligning business-unit HR and hiring teams so candidates get one consistent experience

• Track and report on every open role, pipeline and hire, and keep stakeholders updated on progress and priorities

• Build and headhunt talent pools in a competitive market, using direct sourcing, networks and market mapping

• Advise hiring managers on role design, market availability and compensation

• Represent a premium employer brand with confidence in every candidate and stakeholder interaction

Knowledge, skills & experience:

• 6–10 years' recruitment experience, ideally with an agency grounding followed by in-house or project-based hiring

• A track record of delivering volume hiring at pace without compromising on quality.

• Experience recruiting Technology, data, AI and fintech profiles at mid to senior director level

• Strong stakeholder and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple hiring teams and priorities

• Polished, confident communication with senior leaders.

• UAE or GCC market experience is a plus, but not essential for strong candidates
