🎯 We're Hiring | Painting Supervisor

📍 Location: Riyadh

WETICO is looking for an experienced Painting Supervisor to lead industrial surface preparation and protective coating activities for oil & gas, petrochemical, and water treatment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise blasting and painting activities to ensure compliance with project specifications.

• Plan and coordinate surface preparation, coating application, curing, and inspection activities.

• Monitor environmental conditions including humidity, dew point, substrate temperature, and ventilation.

• Ensure compliance with coating specifications, WFT/DFT requirements, recoat windows, and repair procedures.

• Verify coating materials, batch numbers, shelf life, and mixing ratios.

• Maintain coating records, batch traceability, and inspection documentation.

• Lead and coach blasting and painting teams while enforcing HSE requirements and safe work practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of industrial blasting and protective coating experience.

• At least 4 years in a supervisory role within oil & gas, petrochemical, or similar heavy industrial environments.

• Diploma or Technical Qualification.

• AMPP/NACE Coating Inspector Level 1 preferred (Level 2 is an advantage).

• Strong knowledge of surface preparation, coating systems, environmental monitoring, DFT/WFT inspection, and coating quality control.

• Experience working in Saudi Aramco (SAES/SAEP) regulated projects is highly preferred.
