The candidates will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle — from business development and client acquisition to account management, candidate sourcing, recruitment delivery, and successful closure of positions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the UAE staffing/recruitment market, an established client network, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage both sales and recruitment delivery. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market. • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, industry events, and market research. • Identify companies with staffing and recruitment requirements and establish relationships with decision-makers. • Conduct client meetings and understand manpower/recruitment requirements. • Prepare and present staffing solutions, commercial proposals, and service offerings. • Negotiate commercial terms, service agreements, and recruitment fees with clients. • Develop long-term relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Procurement teams, and business owners. • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets. 2. Account Management • Manage and grow existing client accounts. • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. • Understand clients' ongoing and future manpower requirements. • Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure high levels of service satisfaction. • Identify opportunities for increasing business within existing accounts. • Handle client escalations and coordinate internally to resolve issues promptly. • Maintain strong relationships to generate repeat and referral business. 3. Recruitment & Delivery • Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions received from clients. • Understand job descriptions, candidate requirements, salary ranges, and hiring timelines. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels. • Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements. • Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. • Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities. • Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. • Ensure positions are closed within agreed timelines. • Maintain an active candidate pipeline for key skill categories.
