Program Description This remote Data Analyst traineeship program focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making for MedTourEasy and its partner providers. Interns will collect, clean, and organize healthcare-related data from various internal and external sources. They will assist in building and maintaining data models, performing statistical analyses, and generating reports and dashboards that highlight key trends and insights. The program involves collaborating with team members to interpret findings, support ongoing research, and contribute to improvements in analytical processes and tools. This is a structured internship, offering hands-on experience in real-world data analytics within an international healthcare context.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics abilities.

• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical methods to real datasets.

• Candidates should possess skills in Data Modeling and familiarity with organizing data for analysis and reporting.

• Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R is beneficial.

• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Public Health, or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with a distributed team.

• An interest in healthcare, global health systems, or healthcare analytics is an advantage.
