## Description

BAN Tourism is a Saudi Destination Management Company (DMC). We design and operate tourism programs across the Kingdom for government entities, corporates, delegations, and individual travelers.

We are looking for a full-time team member to join our operations team and take ownership of turning ideas into experiences our guests live on the ground.

Responsibilities

Experience Design:

- Design tourism programs and experiences, and build detailed hour-by-hour itineraries

- Create new experiences that reflect the identity and culture of Saudi destinations

- Develop day trips and seasonal programs in coordination with the sales team

Operations & Coordination:

- Coordinate with suppliers: hotels, transportation, restaurants, guides, and experience providers

- Prepare an operations file for each program (schedule, roles, contacts, and contingency plans)

- Follow up on bookings and supplier confirmations before every trip

Field Supervision:

- Be on site to supervise program delivery from arrival to departure

- Solve on-trip issues quickly and calmly

- Ensure all parties meet quality and timing standards

Quality & Improvement:

- Collect guest feedback and ratings after each program

- Prepare a post-trip report covering what worked and what needs improvement

- Help build and evaluate our supplier database

Qualifications

- Available to work full-time

- Genuine passion for tourism and an understanding of what makes a great guest experience

- Able to work in the field and travel within Saudi Arabia, including weekends when programs require

- Professional proficiency in English, spoken and written

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once

- Calm and resourceful under pressure

- Excellent communication skills with guests and suppliers

Nice to Have

- Tour guide license

- Previous experience in tourism operations or events

- Knowledge of tourist destinations across Saudi Arabia
