## Description

About the Role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our holiday home portfolio in Dubai. You will be responsible for sourcing and signing new apartments from property owners and investors, and building lasting relationships that turn one-time owners into long-term partners.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and approach apartment owners and investors in Dubai to onboard their properties into our holiday home management program

* Generate leads through cold calling, networking, property portals, social media, referrals, and community visits

* Present our services, revenue projections, and management model clearly to owners

* Conduct property viewings and assess suitability for short-term rental (location, layout, condition, expected returns)

* Negotiate management terms and close agreements with owners

* Coordinate with the operations, admin, and legal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, including documentation, DTCM permit requirements, and handover

* Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools, with regular reporting on leads, conversions, and targets

* Maintain ongoing communication with owners to support retention and generate referrals

* Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and high-demand areas to identify opportunities

* Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new units onboarded

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field

* 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate, holiday homes, or hospitality in Dubai

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

* Strong knowledge of Dubai's residential areas, property market, and short-term rental landscape

* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus)

* Existing network of property owners, investors, or brokers is a strong advantage

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently

## Requirements
