## Description

Readyhubb is looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the product development process from idea to launch.

You’ll research product opportunities, define requirements, manage the development team, oversee design and development, conduct QA, and make sure features are shipped on time and to a high standard.

What You'll Do

• Research user problems, competitors and product opportunities

• Turn ideas into clear product briefs, requirements, user flows and acceptance criteria

• Work with design and engineering to build and deliver features

• Manage and follow up with the development team to keep projects on track

• Manage the product backlog, priorities and timelines

• Conduct hands-on QA and identify bugs, edge cases and product issues

• Coordinate releases from development through launch

• Track progress, blockers and upcoming releases

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of Product Management experience

• Strong experience working directly with software development teams

• Experience managing developers and technical product delivery

• Strong understanding of web and mobile products

• Hands-on QA and testing experience

• Comfortable understanding technical requirements, APIs and integrations

• Strong product research and problem-solving skills

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, Postman, Linear or similar

• SaaS, marketplace or consumer technology experience is a plus

• Highly organized, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
