## Description

Vario from Pinsent Masons is an international community of freelance lawyers and legal professionals all of whom have embraced of working in a more flexible way as their desired career path. They understand the benefit of working via a world class International Law firm in Pinsent Masons.

We are looking for strong Commercial Lawyers in Abu Dhabi who appreciate the endless possibilities that working as a freelancer can offer. Vario can offer the opportunity for graduates and aspiring future lawyers to take on interesting and challenging work as part of the team within Pinsent Masons, or alternatively based with our clients supporting an in-house legal team.

We’re seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our Flexible Services Hub. Upon completion of our application process, successful applicants will be contacted as and when suitable assignments across the UAE arise.

Owing to an increase in project opportunities, we’re particularly keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• Previous Commercial/Contracts experience gained with a reputable law firm and/or equivalent in-house environment.

• Strong experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.

• Can be readily available to begin a secondment-based opportunity (1 month or less)

• Interested in working on a freelance, ad-hoc basis. Most of our opportunities are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm and on contracts lasting anywhere from 3 months – 12 months and beyond.

• A strong academic background, with a Law degree and/or Master of Laws (LLM), coupled with admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.

You’ll also be able to show that you are:

• Flexible, communicative and adaptable

• Enthusiastic about embracing new work cultures

• Able to rapidly develop close, trusting relationships
