Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with commission-based compensation. The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including sourcing listings, conducting property viewings, and coordinating sales and leasing transactions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, advising clients on market trends and investment opportunities, preparing and presenting property proposals, and negotiating offers and contracts. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, collaborating with developers and landlords, and ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout the client journey. The agent will be expected to use CRM tools, online listing platforms, and other digital channels to market properties and build a strong personal client network.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Property regulations and practices in Dubai.

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate market knowledge, including experience with residential, commercial, off-plan, and ready properties.

• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting performance targets.

• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with a client-focused approach and professional communication skills.

• Candidates should ideally have experience working in the UAE real estate market and familiarity with RERA and local compliance requirements.

• Candidates should possess proficiency in using CRM systems, online property portals, and basic MS Office applications.

• Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or others are an advantage), and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
