## Description

Supply Chain Operations Specialist – Planning & Logistics

📍 Dubai, UAE | Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

(Official role title: Delivery Operations Officer)

We are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day supply chain

activities covering planning, inventory, warehouse, logistics and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supply/inventory planning, product availability and stock movements.

• Coordinate warehouses, transporters, 3PLs/LSPs and customers to ensure timely delivery.

• Manage end-to-end order-to-delivery operations, including POD and system closure.

• Monitor inventory, OTIF, logistics and delivery KPIs and drive operational improvements.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and safe product movement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations experience.

• Strong experience in planning + logistics + warehouse/inventory operations.

• Experience with SAP/SAP S/4HANA preferred.

• Experience managing 3PLs, transporters and delivery operations.

• Industry experience in Lubricants, Chemicals, Paints, Petrochemicals, Oil & Gas or similar industrial/bulk products is preferred.

• Marine delivery experience involving vessels, ports/terminals, tankers or barges is an advantage.

• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Important: This is a hands-on Supply Chain Operations role, not a procurement-focused position.

Candidates must be currently based in the UAE; relocation support is not provided.
