Role Description The Business Operations Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing core business processes across CyberScope’s blockchain security services. In this position, the individual will manage daily operations, streamline workflows, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to support service delivery, client engagement, and internal efficiency. Typical responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, identifying operational risks and opportunities, supporting budget planning and resource allocation, and driving process improvements aligned with company goals. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on strategic programs, documenting standard operating procedures, and ensuring that operational practices meet compliance and quality standards. This position requires strong coordination with finance, program management, and technical teams to maintain a scalable and resilient operating model.

Gross monthly salary: 2,000 - 3,000 USD

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads across all communication channels, including Telegram, email,

website chat, and other direct sales channels.

• Qualify incoming requests and coordinate the sales process from inquiry to service

delivery.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, service requests, and client communications.

• Coordinate with technical teams to gather estimates, clarify requirements, and

ensure timely delivery of services.

• Manage the delivery process for audits, KYC verifications, penetration testing reports,

smart contract development, and other company services.

• Provide first-line support for technical and service-related client inquiries during and

after delivery.

• Maintain and update operational pipelines using company management tools such as

Trello, Slack, and other internal systems
