## Description

WE ARE HIRING | HR MANAGER

New Listing Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced and highly professional HR Manager to join our Dubai office.

The HR Manager will oversee the complete HR function and act as a key point of support for both employees and management. The role requires a hands-on professional capable of managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance, compliance, and day-to-day people matters within a dynamic real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, selection, interviews, offers, and onboarding

• Provide professional HR support and guidance to employees and management

• Oversee employee relations and day-to-day HR matters

• Manage employment contracts, attendance, leave, and employee records

• Coordinate payroll, commissions, benefits, visas, Emirates ID, and insurance processes

• Manage probation periods, performance reviews, and employee development

• Develop and maintain HR policies and internal procedures

• Support employee engagement, training, and retention initiatives

• Ensure HR processes are aligned with UAE labour requirements

• Support management with workforce planning and organizational development

Candidate Requirements
• Proven HR experience within the UAE

• Strong experience across recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations

• Good understanding of UAE employment practices and labour regulations

• Experience within Dubai real estate or a sales-driven organization is highly preferred

• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

• Fluent English is required

• Arabic, Russian, or Turkish language skills are highly preferred
