## Description

Job Purpose: Ensure civil installations and related construction activities comply with approved engineering drawings, project specifications, quality requirements, and applicable industry standards by performing independent compliance verification throughout project execution and prior client acceptance.

Compliance Assurance

• Conduct compliance inspections of civil works associated with substations, transmission systems, and related infrastructure.

•Verify completed installations following QC inspections and before client inspections.

•Confirm compliance with approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and standards.

Technical Compliance Review

•Identify design, specification, and field implementation discrepancies.

•Validate installation quality and adherence to project technical standards.

• Report technical deviations, incomplete scope, and material shortages.

Reporting & Documentation

•Prepare compliance reports, observations, and corrective action recommendations.

•Maintain accurate inspection and verification records.

• Monitor closure of identified compliance findings.

Stakeholder Collaboration

•Coordinate with project engineering, construction, quality, and client teams.

•Participate in audits, reviews, and handover readiness assessments.
