## Description

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR, preferably within the manpower outsourcing/staffing industry.

• Client Experience: Proven experience handling Government clients in Abu Dhabi.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Employee onboarding, deployment and offboarding.

• Employee relations and grievance handling.

• Client coordination and relationship management.

• HR documentation and employee records.

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.

• Requirements: Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Added Advantage: Chinese language proficiency.
