Quality Electrical Engineer - OHTL 380 KV

Location: Ras Tanura, Eastern, Saudi Arabia

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Quality Engineer to ensure the highest standards of quality across our construction projects. You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with specifications, standards, and client expectations from start to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections and testing to ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications

• Monitor and verify all site quality procedures according to approved method statements and inspection test plans

• Coordinate with client representatives and site teams to resolve quality issues and close NCRs (Non-Compliance Reports)

• Track and report all quality-related activities to the QA/QC Manager

• Review and submit material approvals in coordination with technical teams

• Maintain quality logs and ensure proper documentation and closure of site observations

• Attend and oversee field quality tests (e.g., soil testing, compaction, pre-concrete inspections)

• Support continuous improvement in quality processes across project sites

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Saudi national

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Relevant experience in quality control within construction or infrastructure projects

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to prepare and analyze quality reports
