Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

• Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.

• Certification in Digital Marketing, Brand Strategy, or Analytics is an advantage.

Years of Experience • 10+ years of performance marketing experience with a minimum of 5 years in leadership

positions managing people, budgets and commercial accountability.

Nature of Experience

• Proven record of revenue responsibility in the United Arab Emirates or comparable high growth markets.

• Proven success in industries where sales conversion is the primary measure of success.

Senior agency or high velocity brand transformation experience strongly preferred.

Language Skills

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Arabic or other languages are an advantage
