## Description

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive leads, customer acquisition, and sales

• Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, SEO, SEM & Email Marketing

• Manage social media platforms and create engaging, brand-aligned content

• Monitor website performance, online listings, and lead-generation channels

• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and vehicle launches

• Manage CRM, SPEED system, and lead follow-up processes with the sales team

• Analyze campaign performance, conversions, leads, and ROI

• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, media partners, and marketing suppliers

• Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaigns for better performance

• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity

• Conduct market and competitor research

• Support photography, video, graphic design, and content marketing initiatives

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 3+ years of marketing experience

• Experience in automotive, dealership, or car rental marketing is preferred

• Proven experience in lead generation and customer acquisition

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics

• Experience with CRM systems and marketing tools

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Preferred
• Automotive dealership or car rental marketing experience

• Knowledge of OEM marketing programs

• Understanding of automotive inventory, pricing, and promotions

• Experience in graphic design, photography, or video marketing

• Knowledge of the UAE automotive market
