## Description

Job Purpose:

Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing goods/materials, while maintaining accurate stock records in line with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receiving & Inspection:

Receive incoming shipments and cross-check items against Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery notes.

Inspect goods for quality, damages, or discrepancies before accepting into inventory.

Issue receiving logs and report shortages/damages immediately.

2. Storage & Material Handling:

Label, categorize, and store materials in designated bin locations following proper storage logic (e.g., FIFO).

Ensure optimal space utilization and maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.

3. Issuance & Dispatch:

Issue materials and products against approved requisition forms or work orders.

Prepare, pack, and verify shipments against packing lists prior to dispatch.

Update inventory transactions immediately in the ERP system.

4. Inventory Control & Auditing:

Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.

Monitor reorder levels and alert procurement regarding low stock items.

Record damaged or returned items and prepare scrap/return reports for management.

5. Warehouse Safety & Security:

Enforce occupational health and safety standards to prevent workplace injuries and hazards.

Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts) and secure warehouse premises.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in warehouse management operations.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo) and MS Excel.

Personal Skills: High accuracy, strong organizational skills.
