About the role We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team serving the UAE market. You will own the full commercial cycle, from identifying companies with hiring needs and engaging decision-makers to securing recruitment assignments and developing repeat business. Key responsibilities • Identify and target companies across the UAE with current or upcoming hiring needs. • Build and manage a strong prospect pipeline through networking, referrals and direct outreach. • Monitor market signals, including business expansions, new locations, company launches and hiring activity. • Engage decision-makers, conduct client meetings and understand their talent requirements. • Present Meethaq Manpower LLC’s services and develop proposals tailored to client needs. • Negotiate existing commercial terms and convert opportunities into agreements. • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure clear briefs, timely delivery and a positive client experience. • Develop long-term client relationships, generate repeat business and identify opportunities to expand accounts. • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasts and activity reports. • Meet agreed commercial targets and contribute to the company’s growth in the UAE. Qualifications and experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. • 6 - 8 years of relevant business development experience in the UAE recruitment, staffing or white-collar manpower solutions industry. • A proven track record of acquiring clients, closing opportunities and achieving sales targets. • Strong understanding of the UAE market and client hiring needs. • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. • Confidence in building relationships with senior decision-makers. • Strong reporting, organisation and follow-up skills. • A proactive, focused and results-driven approach. Additional Requirements • Valid UAE driving licence and access to a vehicle. • Currently based in the UAE and available for regular travel across the Emirates. • Willingness to attend client meetings and industry events, including occasional events outside normal working hours. • Proficiency in CRM systems, LinkedIn and Microsoft Office.
