## Description

HVAC Supervisor

Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG is looking for an experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team for a project in Muscat, Oman.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience with Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHUs, Package Units, Split/Window AC Units and Chilled Water Pumps.

• Good knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS, chilled water systems, dampers, ducting and related components.

• Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.

• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC cooling, electrical and control-related issues.

• Good understanding of safety procedures, including LOTO.

• Good supervisory, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Monitor the performance and condition of HVAC equipment and systems.

• Coordinate troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.

• Ensure maintenance checklists and records are properly maintained.

• Coordinate spare parts and service requirements.

• Ensure all work is carried out in line with safety and maintenance procedures.
