WE’RE HIRING | OPERATIONS COORDINATOR – WiRide

Are you someone who loves keeping things organized, solving problems, and making sure everything runs smoothly?

We’re looking for an energetic and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch daily service requests

• Assign drivers based on availability, location, and service requirements

• Monitor trips and ensure timely service completion

• Support drivers and resolve operational issues

• Manage customer bookings and inquiries

• Coordinate with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly

• Monitor service quality and company standards

• Prepare operational reports and identify improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, dispatch, transportation, or mobility services

• Experience in limousine, chauffeur, or luxury transportation is an advantage

• Strong coordination and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills

• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with CRM or dispatch systems is an advantage
