## Description

We are looking for a Local Production Engineer to support the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of our cement grinding process, ensuring production targets, product quality, and operational standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plans and coordinate grinding mills, separators, conveying systems, silos, and cement dispatch.

• Monitor production performance and optimize mill throughput, grinding efficiency, equipment utilization, and power consumption.

• Analyze process data, identify production losses, and recommend corrective and improvement actions.

• Coordinate with Quality Control to maintain product specifications and adjust operating parameters when required.

• Supervise CCR, field, and shift operators while ensuring compliance with SOPs and proper housekeeping.

• Monitor key production KPIs, including output, OEE, mill utilization, power consumption, downtime, and production losses.

• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and environmental requirements related to dust, noise, material handling, and waste management.

• Prepare daily production performance reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Mining Engineering, or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cement manufacturing, with 2 years in cement grinding operations preferred.

• Hands-on knowledge of ball mills, separators, and cement dispatch operations.

• Arabic proficiency and professional-level English
