## Description

Position : Recruiter

Location: Dubai,UAE

Salary: AED 5,000 + Commission

Immediate joiners preferred

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to successful placement.

• Understand client requirements and source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and databases.

• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and submit shortlisted profiles to clients.

• Coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback and support offer discussions and joining formalities.

• Maintain recruitment records and manage multiple vacancies within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UAE recruitment experience.

• Experience in a recruitment or staffing agency preferred.

• Strong sourcing, screening, communication and client coordination skills.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple client requirements and meet placement targets.
