We are currently seeking a Premium Sales Specialist- Retail for one of our very well-known client, to be based in their Dubai Store.

Purpose-

To deliver a premium, customer-first Experience while driving strong sales performance across overall and flagship products. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing expert product recommendations and demonstrations, maximizing ecosystem attachment, and building customer trust through exceptional service.

Responsibility-

• Welcome customers and identify their needs through effective questioning.

• Recommend the most suitable products based on customer requirements rather than simply promoting the highest-priced model.

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations focused on real-life customer benefits.

• Maintain excellent knowledge of products, features, ecosystem, services, and current promotions.

• Achieve individual sales and product-mix targets.

• Drive premium/flagship product sales where appropriate to the customer’s needs.

• Promote ecosystem products, accessories, protection plans, and relevant services.

• Support customers with device setup, basic troubleshooting, and product education where applicable.

• Maintain professional brand standards, grooming, and store-floor presence.

• Build strong working relationships with store management and retail staff.

• Maintain accurate sales reporting and customer interaction records.

• Participate in all required product and sales training.

• Collect and communicate customer, competitor, and market feedback.

• Demonstrate integrity and comply with company policies, customer privacy requirements, and company procedures.

Skills-

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred (or University Level)

• Min 2 years in premium retail, consumer electronics, telecom, luxury retail, or hospitality

• Strong service mindset with the ability to understand customer needs before recommending products

• Excellent English (Arabic or other relevant languages are an advantage)

• Comfortable learning technology and explaining it in simple, customer-friendly language

• Professional appearance, confidence, and positive body language

• Comfortable with smartphones, tablets, apps.

• Consultative rather than pushy; able to demonstrate value and create solutions

• Works collaboratively and contributes to overall store performance

• Able to quickly learn new products, features, and technologies
