## Description

• Guest Relations Associate – Abu Dhabi

• Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

• Contract: 6 Months – Extendable

• Salary: AED 3,000–3,500

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

We are looking for a customer-focused Guest Relations Associate to support guest interactions, handle queries and concerns, and ensure a positive experience across all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for guests and customers.

• Handle queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

• Ensure timely resolution of guest concerns.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues.

• Build positive guest relationships and support satisfaction and retention.

• Collect feedback and share insights with relevant teams.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Support service improvement initiatives.

• Track service KPIs such as CSAT, response time, and resolution time.

• Maintain a professional and welcoming approach at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Customer Support, or Customer Experience preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Good complaint-handling and problem-solving ability.

• Professional, presentable, and customer-focused approach.

• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

• Basic CRM and Microsoft Office knowledge preferred.

• Immediate availability will be an advantage.
