## Description

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to work across a portfolio of technology businesses and digital products.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who sits naturally at the intersection of product, technology and commercial strategy.

You will work closely with the founder, commercial team, support team, customers and development partners to identify what we should build, translate business and customer needs into exceptional product experiences, and drive products from idea through launch.

Unlike a traditional Product Manager role focused on a single product, you will have exposure to multiple businesses, products and stages of growth — from shaping new concepts to improving and scaling established platforms.

We are looking for someone who is product-driven, technically fluent, commercially minded and highly hands-on.

What You'll Do:

• Own Product Strategy & Roadmaps

Work across our portfolio companies to understand their customers, business models and product opportunities.

Build and prioritize product roadmaps based on customer needs, commercial opportunities, data and strategic priorities.

Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer requests — identifying the underlying problem and translating it into scalable product solutions rather than simply building individual feature requests.

• Turn Ideas Into Products

Take ideas and customer needs from concept to development-ready requirements.

You will:

• Define product requirements and user stories

• Map user journeys and workflows

• Create wireframes and prototypes

• Write clear PRDs and acceptance criteria

• Think through business rules, permissions and edge cases

• Prioritize features and manage product backlogs

You don't need to be a designer, but you should be comfortable using tools such as Figma to communicate product ideas and experiences visually.

• Work Directly With Development Teams

You will work closely with internal and external development teams to take products from requirements through release.

You should be technically fluent enough to have meaningful conversations with developers about APIs, integrations, data, architecture, technical dependencies and implementation trade-offs.

You are not expected to write production code.

You are expected to understand technology well enough to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions and ensure that what is being built makes sense technically and commercially.

• Drive Delivery

Own the product development process from definition through launch.

Manage priorities and backlogs, clarify requirements, unblock development teams, review progress, coordinate UAT and ensure the final product delivers against the original objective.

You will work with development partners to maintain high standards across quality, scope and delivery.

• Connect Product With the Commercial Team

Act as the bridge between customers, Sales and technology.

You should be able to sit in a customer conversation, understand what they are trying to achieve and translate that into a product solution that works for the broader market.

Strong commercial judgment is important. We want someone who understands not only what can be built, but what is worth building.

• Bring Products to Market

Your ownership doesn't stop when a feature ships.

For major releases, you will work with Sales and Marketing to define:

• Product positioning and value proposition

• Feature messaging

• Release communications

• Demo flows

• Sales enablement materials

• Internal product training

You should be able to explain a complex product feature in a way that makes customers immediately understand why it matters.

Who We're Looking For

You will likely have 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management or a similar product leadership role.

We're particularly interested in people who have worked in startups, scale-ups, venture builders or fast-moving technology companies where product managers are expected to take real ownership.

You should have:

• Strong product judgment and customer empathy

• Strong technical understanding of software products

• Experience working directly with software engineers and development teams

• Experience taking digital products from concept through launch

• Excellent PRD, user story and acceptance criteria skills

• Strong wireframing and prototyping ability

• Understanding of APIs and software integrations

• Experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs

• Strong commercial instincts

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

• The ability to manage multiple products and priorities simultaneously

• A high level of ownership and attention to detail

Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

We'd Especially Like to Meet You If You Have

• A technical or software engineering background

• Experience managing outsourced development teams

• B2B SaaS experience

• Experience across both web and mobile products

• Experience with SQL, analytics or data products

• Experience with AI-enabled products

• Experience with product launches and product marketing

• Experience working across multiple businesses or products

• Experience building technology products in the GCC/MENA region

The Kind of Person Who Will Thrive Here

You enjoy being close to the problem.

You can talk to a customer, identify what they actually need, sketch the solution, turn it into clear requirements, discuss it intelligently with developers and stay involved until it is shipped.

You're comfortable moving between commercial conversations and technical ones.

You don't need a perfectly defined problem before you start. You are good at taking ambiguity and turning it into structure.

You're curious, fast, practical and detail-oriented.

Most importantly, you have strong ownership. You don't just manage a roadmap — you make products happen.
