## Description

Job Purpose:

The Leasing Contracts Specialist manages lease contracts from receipt through approval and archiving and makes sure each one is complete and legally compliant. The role also follows up on lease disputes and collections with the relevant departments.

Responsibilities:

1. Contract Completion Follow-up

• Review incoming forms and contracts every day and flag any missing data or attachments.

• Contact clients, departments or employees to get missing items completed.

• Check that all required conditions are met so each contract is valid.

2. Contract Procedure Compliance

• Do a final audit of completed contracts to confirm they follow approved policies.

• Confirm that contracts are uploaded to the approved systems.

3. Legal Follow-up & Archiving

• Work with the Legal Department to follow up on lease cases and defaulted disputes, and track collection on these cases with the Collection Department.

• Archive contracts, forms and case files in paper and electronic form, using a system that keeps them secure and easy to find.

4. Collection

• Follow up on financial collections and monthly payments.

• Communicate with the relevant parties and submit the required reports.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in lease contracts, contract administration or collection.
