About the Opportunity

We are recruiting an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Specialist for a permanent opportunity in Doha, Qatar.

The role combines hands-on application development with functional knowledge of HR systems. The successful candidate will contribute to the development, enhancement and ongoing support of enterprise HR applications, working closely with HR, IT and other business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Oracle-based HR applications, delivering custom solutions and improvements in response to evolving business requirements.

• Provide technical and functional support across key HR, payroll and workforce-management processes, investigating issues and implementing sustainable solutions.

• Develop and maintain customisations, workflows, reports, interfaces and application extensions using relevant Oracle development technologies.

• Participate across the application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, upgrades and production support.

• Collaborate with HR, IT and other stakeholders on system integrations, application improvements, documentation and ongoing optimisation of enterprise applications.

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related technical discipline.

• 8+ years of relevant Oracle enterprise application experience, ideally combining HR systems development with techno-functional responsibilities.

• Strong hands-on development capability using PL/SQL and Oracle application development/customisation technologies, with practical exposure to OAF and workflow solutions.

• Good knowledge of Oracle EBS HR applications, with experience across areas such as employee records, payroll and time management; exposure to reporting, interfaces and application extensions is also important.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience supporting business-critical applications throughout their full lifecycle; English communication skills are essential, while GCC experience and Arabic are advantageous.

## Requirements
