## Description

Payroll Officer – 5+ Years | SAP S/4HANA

Experience: 5+ years of relevant payroll experience, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.

• Manage salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, leave, and final settlements.

• Handle payroll processing and employee master data using SAP S/4HANA.

• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour/payroll regulations.

• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and employees to resolve payroll discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.

• Support audits and provide payroll-related reports when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.

• 5+ years of payroll experience.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA payroll-related processes.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll reporting/HR software.

• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Qatar/GCC payroll and WPS and payroll procedures.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.
