## Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of joinery projects, from project enablement and baseline finalization through execution to handover. The role ensures projects are completed in line with approved quality standards, budget, and schedule, while coordinating effectively with internal departments, subcontractors, clients, and consultants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review presentations, BOQs, IFCs, and other project documents to ensure proper project

enablement.

• Coordinate with the Planning Engineer to finalize the project baseline.

• Ensure all joinery activities are executed as per the required quality, cost, and approved schedule.

• Prepare material schedules in line with the approved BOQ and site requirements.

• Ensure accurate shop drawings, layouts, and details are prepared.

• Ensure timely client/consultant approval of samples and drawings.

• Identify and communicate variations in design, site conditions, and materials in a timely manner.

• Monitor material deliveries and site activities, ensuring safety, quality, protection of completed

works, and housekeeping through to handover.

• Coordinate with site, production, design, procurement, subcontractors, clients, and consultants.

• Ensure effective resource utilization and timely submission of progress data.

• Ensure timely submission of progress data to the concerned departments.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 10 years of experience in project management within joinery, fit-out, or interior contracting.

• Proven experience in the UAE market is preferred.
