## Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and service-oriented professional with relevant customer service experience to join our Branch Banking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day frontline customer service activities and branch-related formalities.

• Initiate and process customer requests, including account opening, account servicing and other customer requests..

• Assist customers with information and guidance on the Bank’s products and services.

• Contribute to deposit mobilization and liability growth, achieve monthly deposit targets, and support the Branch Manager in achieving branch objective

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for customer acquisition and portfolio growth.

• Ensure customer requests and documentation are processed accurately and in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.

• Provide day-to-day support to the Branch Manager in branch operations and other assigned activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.

• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in branch banking/customer service.

• Good understanding of branch operations, customer onboarding and banking products.

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to identify customer needs and generate business opportunities, particularly deposits/liability business.

• Target-oriented, with a proactive approach to customer acquisition and deposit mobilization.

• Good attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
